I would like to introduce you to our company, I would like to assure you that our relationship will not end after you have taken delivery of a vehicle. You must feel able to contact us whenever you wish to discuss any problems, the future care or improvements to your vehicle. With this objective in mind, I list below the "KEY" members of our "TEAM" and their responsibilities so that you can easily direct your enquiries. Also some of the policies that make our business what it is.

Sean Chamberlain
My son, PHIL JONES and GARETH ISHERWOOD who are responsible for all aspects of new and used car sales. Ask Them for a quote should you wish to extend your new or used car warranty which could insure you from unexpected costs. They will always be pleased to talk to you and to look after any members of your family and friends who may he interested in purchasing a vehicle from us.

Richard Humphreys
Controls our Body Shop and will prepare estimates etc. for you or your insurance company should you have the misfortune to be involved in an accident. He will also attend to all other types of body repairs, paintwork and valeting.

Keith Pearson
Controls our Parts Department and will supply you with any parts and vehicle accessories you may wish to fit or have fitted to your vehicle including security alarm systems and car phones.

John Roberts
Controls our After sales and Service Department. He will handle all your service and repair requirements. He will also arrange for collection and delivery of your vehicle and provide the use of a courtesy car whenever possible. The use of a courtesy car is free but we do expect it to he returned with the same amount of fuel as it went out with. In his absence either ARWEL JONES or RUSSELL TIDY will assist you.

Sheila Chamerlain
My wife is totally responsible for all financial affairs. She will resolve any queries you may wish to make relating to your accounts. Her assistant is IAN NORGAIN who will assist you in her absence.

Myself
