Brookside Garage follows Ford Care Code takes the worry out of buying or servicing a car in the current climate & communicates to the customer that Ford’s number one priority is their customer care.

What are we doing to reduce the worry for our customers?

  • We help you to keep a 2 meter minimum distance
  • We use personal protective equipment to keep you safe
  • We check our teams temperature on a daily basis to make sure they do not have the symptoms and keep you safe
  • We sanitise your vehicle, our vehicles and dealership
  • We offer you online demonstrations and not touch demonstrations in the dealership. 
  • We offer you no touch unaccompanied test drives
  • We offer you online service appointment booking (via email)
  • We support you with touch free payment.

At Brookside we try to make your visit a pleasant on whether its virtual or in person.

PPE stations are available in the showroom or in the service department. Hand sanitiser is available on all desks as well as face coverings should you require them.
